I chose Thomas the window cleaning company to do exterior window cleaning! Just because I had done the inside my self and needed help with the outside !!
Although I see a lot of very good reviews, and this is the reason why I chose this company specifically, the company used dirty rags and left my windows looking foggy. When I touched with my finger, you could tell that the windows are dirty.The windows had water residue from the outside. Nothing was cleaned off. He was spraying it with Windex and that was it! The inside of the window trim was left completely disgusting and dirty how it was before, nothing was done and when I confronted the worker. He wasn’t happy that I had an attitude because he had completed his job that was not completed. I will never refer this company to anyone. Hans was our technician, and did absolutely phenomenal work. He worked clean, quiet, quickly, and professionally. Our windows/screens look better than the day they were installed.
